before Mass on Thursday, Friday and

after Mass on Saturday morning.

Now that Government restrictions have been lifted there is no longer a need to register for attendance of Mass - although not mandatory, the wearing of face masks at St Peter’s is appreciated especially whilst Covid-19 remains transmissable, Thanks!

Hospital visits

At Southend Hospital there are regular arrangements for visits by the Catholic chaplain, Fr. Gerry Drummond, Parish Priest at St Teresa's in Rochford, and for Holy Communion on Sunday. Let the nursing staff know you would like a visit.

In emergencies a Catholic priest can be called by hospital staff, but the first point of contact should be the chaplain. Contact Fr. Gerry Drummond on 07919 416263
